Author’s folio · About Me
Christopher Bean
I began writing in 2009, mostly short stories and awkward, wretched little things that seemed too long to be short and too short to be novellas.
My first published story, Jumbled-up Jack, appeared in The Haunting of Lake Manor Hotel (Woodbridge Press, 2016). Several of my flash-fiction pieces were subsequently published by Haringey Unchained; some are included in this archive.
My first long-form Victorian horror novel, The Pegge and the Pendrel, inhabits a fictional world conceived to accommodate companion books that can be read in any order.
